@fwilhe I had to apply for what they call "settlement scheme" (gov.uk/settled-status-eu-citizens-families), so I currently have pre-settled status, which allows me to live there with no visa for 5 years. Interestingly the start counting those years after pre-settled is granted, but moving to settled...Permalink On twitter.com

@fwilhe ...needs 5 years of continuous residence, which started earlier for me. After that I can stay indefinitely, and even spend up to 5 years abroad without loosing the status (vs 6 months each year currently)On twitter.com
